Frequently asked questions

Purchasing & Drops:

When is your next drop?

All drops are announced through our email newsletter and on social media via Instagram and TikTok.

You can also check the Restock tab on our website for updates on upcoming releases and returning pieces.

How do drops work?

Each drop launches at a scheduled day and time and typically features a single artist’s newest collection.

Leading up to launch:

  • We share previews via email and social media.
  • For Jeff's drops specifically: A full preview will appear on the website one hour before launch.

Preview items are visible, but not available for purchase, until the official drop time.

How do I prepare for a drop?

To ensure a smooth checkout:

  • Create an account on The Gallery Girl website.
  • Set up Shop Pay at https://shop.app for faster checkout.
  • Be ready at launch time — pieces can sell quickly.
  • Items in your cart are not held until checkout is complete.

How quickly do pieces sell out?

Sell-out times vary by artist and collection.

For high-demand drops, like Jeff’s ceramic donuts, most pieces often sell out within minutes.

Can I reserve or pre-purchase a piece?

We do not offer holds or pre-sales. All work becomes available at the scheduled launch time to ensure a fair buying experience.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Oftentimes, yes. You can sign up for restock notifications directly on each product page. You'll see a "Notify Me When Available" tab on the far right. Restocks are also announced through our email newsletter.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Yes. If you place separate orders and would like them combined, please email us after checkout so we can adjust shipping.

To ensure we see your message promptly, please contact us via email rather than Instagram or TikTok DMs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not currently offer payment plans.

Shipping & Handling:

What shipping carrier do you use?

We primarily ship via UPS.

USPS is used for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

How is the artwork packaged?

We take great pride in our experience packing and shipping art.

Each piece is packed individually according to its size, shape, and level of fragility to ensure it travels safely. From ceramics to framed works, every order is handled with care and intention.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes. All shipments include insurance in the event of damage or loss in transit.

If an issue arises, we handle the claims process directly to ensure it’s resolved as smoothly as possible.

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship via Ground service and typically arrive within 3–5 business days once in transit.

We begin carefully packing orders as soon as they come in — including weekends. However, UPS pickups occur during the business week, so weekend orders are typically collected on Wednesdays.

Need something sooner? Send us a note and we’ll gladly explore expedited shipping options whenever possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Our website is not currently set up to process international orders at checkout.

However, if you see a piece you’d love to acquire, please email us directly. We’re happy to provide a custom invoice that includes the artwork and shipping to your preferred destination.

Please note that any duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are the responsibility of the collector upon delivery.

Where do I pick up my order?

If you selected in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be available at:

Elliott Fouts Gallery
1831 P Street
Sacramento, CA 95811

Gallery Hours:
Wednesday–Friday: 10am–5pm
Saturday–Sunday: 11am–4pm

If you have any questions before arriving, feel free to call us at 916-736-1429.

We look forward to seeing you!

Returns & Damages:

What is your return policy?

All sales are considered final. That said, our goal is always for you to truly love the art you bring into your home.

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly to arrange a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the collector. Once the artwork arrives back to the gallery in the same condition it left us, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the artwork. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

First, we’re so sorry this happened. Please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the damaged artwork, the interior packaging, and the outside of the box.

Do not submit a claim with UPS directly. We insure our shipments and will handle the claims process on your behalf to ensure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.

We take great care in packing each order, and we’ll work with you to make this right!

What do I do if I never received my order?

and determine what happened.

We’ll review the tracking details, coordinate with the carrier if needed, and work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.

Your artwork is important to us, and we want to make sure it reaches you safely.
