About The Artist
Cindy Wilson is a self-taught Northern California artist whose vibrant paintings and ceramic sculptures celebrate the joy and nostalgia of California's poolside and beach culture. Inspired by childhood memories of growing up in the Central Valley during the 1960s and '70s, her work is filled with bold color, playful forms, and a sense of carefree optimism.
Wilson's paintings and sculptures are collected nationwide, from Kauai and Lake Tahoe to Palm Springs, Sarasota, and Martha's Vineyard. Her work has also been photographed and cataloged in the permanent archives of the National Library of Congress.
